Sherrill Babb, Ph.D. currently serves as the chancellor of Philadelphia Biblical University, where he also served as president for almost 30 years. He has also been the Dean of Faculty for Moody Bible Institute, the Dean of Academic Affairs for Lancaster Bible College, and the Pastor of Scottsdale Bible Church. He has been a member of the Commission on Accreditation for both the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) and the regional Middle States Association. He has served as the chairman of the board for the ABHE and a board member for other important organizations. He has served as a consultant & evaluator for various state agencies and accrediting agencies (e.g., Ohio Board of Regents, Pennsylvania Department of Education, Middle States Association, Association of Theological Schools). Senior Associates Randall Bell, Ed.D. is the Director Emeritus of the ABHE Commission on Accreditation. He served in the leadership of the ABHE for 38 years. He is widely perceived as one of the foremost experts on accreditation and especially on accreditation for Bible colleges.
David Agron, Ph.D. has been assisting Christian colleges achieve accreditation since 1994. He began this work as academic dean of a Korean-American college in California. He use to be able to boast that he was the only Cambodian-Speaking, Jewish academic dean of a Korean college in all of California. (Previous to his ministry in higher education, he did mission work among Cambodian refugees.) In 1999, he founded a consulting firm with a mission of raising up Christian colleges in quality, quantity, and reputation.
