Student Recruitment through Free Bonus — Graduate School: This strategy will work if you have both bachelor and graduate programs. Offer the first year of your graduate school free to students who complete a BA in your school. Specify a minimum number of BA units (perhaps 90 of 124) so some transfer students can be eligible. This is not only recruitment of your current bachelor students into your graduate programs, but also recruits more students into your bachelor programs because of the value you add to your BA degree.
